Features

Placement is the game

Every plot you buy and every building you place changes what the city earns. Then the city takes on a life of its own.

Raise an island from the sea

Every city starts with an empty ocean. Buy land plot by plot and shape your own coastline: a sheltered bay, a long trading shore, or a scatter of green islets. Your island can be a straight line, a ring around a lagoon, or any shape you can draw with land.

Every neighbor counts

Seventy-one adjacency rules read the grid: a Bakery beside a Water Tower earns more, a Market undercuts the corner shop, a Wind Mill hates houses in its wind. Drag a building and the game tells you what it gets and what it gives before you commit.

Four eras, one city

Grow from a farm to a town, a city and a technological hub. Each tier brings new buildings and a new problem: power, then happiness and pollution, then research. Follow a fifty-three-step story that teaches each idea as it arrives, or skip it with Free build.

Then climb down

Leave the planner's sky whenever you like. Drive deliveries, sail the catch to the marina, fly supplies to a hospital roof. When a pirate ship anchors off your coast, take the boat out and hose it off with the water cannon.

The Rising Tide

Late in the game the sea starts to rise. For three minutes in every ten your city keeps running under shield domes while research triples. Take the submarine out, collect samples between the towers, and watch fish swim over the rooftops.

Watch it all grow back

Every plot and every placement is recorded. Replay your city's whole life, from empty ocean to glowing metropolis in under a minute, with the camera orbiting as the numbers climb.

Numbers, if you want them

A full City Statistics view for players who like to know why: income history, a ledger of every coin, and an Improve tab that ranks the best building for each empty plot and flies the camera to it.

A peaceful toy, built to last

No fail state, no wait timers, no microtransactions. A first run to the landmark takes a little over two hours; then prestige, keep your bonuses, and build again on a fresh sea.
